A small, human-led team that reads through thousands of European listings every week so members don't have to. Homes are chosen by people who understand these markets, not an algorithm pushing whatever was listed most recently.

## How we handle complaints

We take every complaint seriously and handle every customer case directly. Some earlier members were on legacy subscriptions that only included the newsletter, which wasn't always clear; we've since added a new tier and made plan details easier to understand before joining.
